Employee Messaging System
Mitrefinch web based employee messaging system allows managers, supervisors and department heads to send various messages to staff, groups of staff or individual employees.
These messages are especially useful as they can request a response (Normally a ‘Yes’ or ‘No’) from the employees. These messages can be sent as a once off message or scheduled daily, weekly or monthly etc.
Messages are sent via email and or text message.
Employees have the ability to review any unread messages and respond to their manager or supervisor. As employees respond to messages, managers and supervisors can view the employee responses and take any necessary action such as rostering an employee to work an offered shift etc.
The system automatically stores all message responses from employees in a ‘History’ view so that managers also have the option to view historic (Closed) messages.
