With over 23 years executive experience, Gary is leading the charge in helping organizations across all industries leverage workforce management technology to transform their business operations; both by streamlining time and attendance and by creating faster transparent processes

Chief Technical Officer

Des Laughlin has been the CTO of Advance Systems for over 22 years and brings his leadership experience and the pursuit of making the ‘impossible possible’ to the organization. Des oversees product development, performance testing and cloud infrastructure services. He is committed to understanding the technological, legislative and functional requirements of our customers and ensuring our solutions reflect changing market needs.

Philip Moran

Philip Moran

Senior Vice President of Sales

Philip has over 17 years experience leading Advance Systems Account Management and Sales Executive teams. Philip’s particular expertise helps our teams understand the unique problems encountered by customers, the challenges they face and how the development of our product can make HR and IT departments simpler yet more effective. Philip is responsible for ensuring our salespeople have a tacit understanding of our products in order to demonstrate to customers how they will operate in their environment and help them carry out their jobs more effectively.

Rob is a seasoned sales professional with over 14 years’ experience leading successful sales teams. As regional sales manager, he is responsible for managing the sales of Advance Systems’ products and services. Prior to working in Advance Systems, Rob previously held senior sales roles with Kronos and UMG Financial. In his career, he has had extensive experience in HCM application sales and operations for global software organizations.

Dermot brings 13+ years of experience managing and developing solutions in the workforce management arena. He heads up a customer focused department that specializes in providing a positive end-to-end customer experience. Dermot prides himself on customer service and attributes Advance Systems’ success largely thanks to the company’s ethos of constantly asking itself, how can we help our customers – not only through day-to-day support but also through ongoing strategic improvements
